    #B4JO: Blog for Jordan Day - 2011 - يوم التدوين للأردن


    It's that time of year again, and believe it or not, almost a year ago we had our Third Blog for Jordan day and three years since the first Blog About Jordan day. Those were the most amazing events I ever had the honor in participating in. I couldn't have felt any more Jordanian Pride than those days. The amazing festive atmosphere where everyone participated with great enthusiasm, it was just exhilarating.

    March is is the month of Blog for Jordan day. March 12th is next week and in the ocean of turmoil the region is sailing in, I am confident that apart from this event being so spectacular even more than the previous years, I believe it's going to be more relevant than ever.

    The middle eastern Tsunami #B4JO

    Today, the world wakes up on the aftermath and the disaster that will probably change the face of Japan as tidal waves known as tsunamis sweep through the coastal cities and towns wiping some of them off the map.

    This ocean reminds me of the ocean of flesh, sweat and blood that sent one tsunami wave after the other shaking the existence of every Arab nation to its core. From the Arabian gulf, to the Atlantic Ocean. The Arab world is shaking, and the tsunamis are following.

    The waves of human will and might are breaking shore in every Arab capital, and despite my solidarity with all my brothers all over the Arab world, today, I dedicate myself to my small nation of Jordan. Small in size, but great in every other aspect.

    Jordan today, appears to be one of the few remaining spots on earth that still clings to pieces of history that have been long forgotten. But it's just a matter of time until the people wake up and understand that they have a bigger role to play, and a greater destiny to fulfill.

    شباب 24 آذار - الفجر الجديد

    برغم الألم، و برغم الحزن على شهداء الوطن الأبرار علينا ان نتذكّر ان لا حزن على الشهداء بل المجد و الفخر و العزة و الفرح لزف الشهيد الى جنان الخلد.

    حصل تغيير جديد على الساحة الأردنية. لأول مرة من عقود مضت، المعارضة لا وحه لها! المعارضة ليست في شخص او حزب او فئة. بل معارضة صادقة مخلصة مهتمة بمصلحة الوطن. تتعرض لأسوأ انواع التنكيل و القمع على يد اذناب النظام و تحت مسمع و مرأى من مؤسسات الأمن المختلفة التي لا تحرّك ساكناً، بل هذه المؤسسات الأمنية شريكة بالدليل القاطع على تواطؤها على المعارضة السلمية المباركة. شيء لم يتوقعوه نهائيا. ان الشباب بالفعل يريدون اصلاح هذا البلد من اجل الجميع.

    احزن على من لا يكاد يكفيه راتبه -خبز حاف- وهو شاهراً "قنوته" و يتّجه لضرب من يسعى للحصول على حقوق و عدالة اجتماعية و رفاهية.

    لتعلم مدى نبل هذه الحركة من الشباب الذين استشهد منهم من استشهد، و تكسّر منهم من تكسّر في سبيل الوطن. الوطن الذي قام البعض من ابنائة المغرر بهم بالإعتداء على من يريدون بهم الخير! و الله يقطر قلبي دمعا على شبابنا المضللين من قبل فئات مشبوهة و اجهزة امنية اعتادت على قمع الشعب تحت نعرة "فلسطيني" حتى و ان كان اردني ابن اردني ابن اردني

    لكن... في البداية سيتجاهلونك، ثم سيسخرون منك، ثم سيحاربونك ثم ستنتصر. كما قال المقاوم السلمي الأشهر في العالم غاندي. بعد ان تجاهلوا الشعب تماما، و سخروا من "شباب الفيسبوك" ثم قمعوا اعتصامهم السلمي بأقسى درجات العنف... لكن الشعب حطّم جدار الخوف و الطريق اصبح واضحا.

    الأردن و فقر الحرّية - لماذا؟

    احدى النظريات الأشهر في تفسير الإحتياجات النفسية و كيفية تشجيع الأفراد هي لصاحبها مازلو و التي تنص على ان للفرد احتياجات نفسية و جسمانية لا بد ان يتوفر الحد الأدنى منها كي يصبح فردا صالحا، منتجا، فاعلا. لكن اوّلا يجب تلبية احتياجاته الشخصية.

    لست بصدد مناقشة النظرية فالعديد من النظريات تناقش مباديء التشجيع والصحة النفسية للأفراد و كيفية الإستفادة الفاعلة للوصول الى اعلى درجات الإنتاجية، فأنا بصدد اسقاط ابعاد هذه النظرية على المجتمع الأردني في ضوء ما حصل لاعتصام الرابع  العشرين من آذار وحركة الشباب الأحرار المباركة و العفوية و غير المدعومة لا من الخارج و لا من الإجندات المحلية.

    في ضوء النظرية فإن الفرد تزيد انتاجيته كلّما حصل على احتياجاته. وفي الحد الأدنى ذكر مازلو الأكل و الشرب و  التنفّس و النوم و ما الى ذلك من الإحتياجات الدونية للشخص. فهي لا تختلف كثيرا عن احتياجات الحيوانات و تسمح للإنسان بالبقاء على قيد الحياة، لكنّها لا تساعد على الإبداع و لا حتّى على التفاني في العمل...

    بنظري، هذه هي الدرجة الأولى في الهرم و حيث توقّف غالبية الشعب في الأردن... لكن لماذا؟ تحليلي بعد شرح الدرجة الثانية...
