    really? so you want people to go to jail or get killed or fired or tortured just so your highness can tell who they are report them to your boss at the mukhabarat? spare me.
    Anonymous, not really, you can still use a pseudonym (alias) as many do. The point isn't to know your full name but just to distinguish your post from the great see of anonymity.

    Besides it doesn't matter whether you live in the US or Jordan, the Mukhabarat if motivated to do so will still be able to tell which internet account you used to make your post.

    Why do you think you have to provide ID even at an internet cafe ? You are anonymous from other surfers not Governments. This is for example why there are laws against exporting encryption technologies. Whatever encryption technology is available to the public can be broken by the government in little or no time. Its not really the pseudonyms or encryption or SSL that make it difficult to track people on the web, its the sheer amount of information, and the number of people.
