Before Hamede kills me for posting about this again. Hear me out. An interesting idea crossed my mind and keeps buzzing, and running away.

Now that I captured it, I don't want it to run away. Here's the thought. When a guy is interested in a girl, (really, genuinely, sincerely, or just animal interactively) In any case, when guy have this spark of interest. They seem to drop everything they are doing, thinking or working on and go in pursuit of the female of their interest. While females don't even show the least interest (when they are in fact interested)

Ever stopped and thought about this? Males are extroverts when it comes to showing their attraction to a specific female. While females are not. Some might attribute this to social norms. The way women have been conditioned over the millenia to not show their interest so they might be valued more!

Lets go back 40 thousand years cave men and women living in large family tribes. Gathering fruits, vegetables and hunting animals for the protein locked in the meat. Now it appears that at some point, males started giving gifts to the females in exchange for fruits (among other things)

So, the women who bargained more and didn't show interest. Probably had larger portions of beef compared to ones who jumped straight to the deal and therefore women started learning that the ones who didn't show interest were the ones who get better deals. The end result was, something that became imprinted in human genetic memory (if there such a thing)

On a related note. I believe that Pregnancy was an event to be celebrated in the tribe. It gives the girls a higher status in the tribe and that probably came with larger rations, and better treatment. In addition, pregnant women probably had to work less. The end result is.... well, women who don't get pregnant would probably get upset because of this. This unease also got imprinted somehow on the genetic memory and is the bases of the modern day PMS. Since the coming of the period ushers another month of hard labor.

In 40 thousand years from now. Women will probably reverse this feeling and it will be happiness associated a no pregnancy month.

Who knows! Now, would they freakin invent the time machine and a teleportation device already!

    Memories....

Hmmm.. that’s an interesting observation of the subject.
As for the first part I’ll put it in a simpler way, men have this "hunter’s instinct", they pinpoint their target and chase it, and women simply hate to take away this pleasure from men, so they let them live the illusion of winning the women they go after, while the woman betkoun wa23a bi mazajha! :D
Well, that was in the good ol days, now many girls don’t mind going after the man they want and they do it so cheaply with no grace!
ow bishal2o el debab el 3amya 3alehoun kaman!
men enjoy the thrill of the chase! maybe its physilogical, since men have higher levels of adrenaline (thats why women cope more with stress and men have a higher rate of heart problems than women) or maybe its just the boys will be boys things, u know, how they were kids, and wud want a new remote controlled car thats hot and looks better than the ones their friends have, and they want it now! and they wud beg, and whine, and nag, and be as persistant as can be until thei get it, and once they do, the hype fades, and in 3 4 weeks, the toy is in the back of the garage. take ur pick :D
generalization, the post and the 1st tow comments.
