اليوم ... و بعد تحضير دام 3 ساعات كانت النتيجة ... سدر منسف على كيف كيف الاردنية .. و اللحمة هُبر ... (لازم قطع كبيرة و أكيد ... مش جاج) والرز بيشهّي.. مطيّب بالكركم و الزعفران و رشة لوز و صنوبر مقلي بس "من الآخر" ... و الشباب.. شمّرت ايديها .. و هجمت على السدر ... و "انفزرنا" اكل... ثمّ دار الحوار التالي..

كركي : تسلم ابو قويدر.. بس شو منسف.. غير شكل! يا عمّي غير الجميد الكركي .. ما بيعبّي الراس...

قويدر: "هلا عمّي" [متظاهر بأتقان اللهجة الاردنية مع انّو بلجيكي] صحّتين و هنا ... و الله كسبنا شوفتكو يا اخوان [تأكيد على اللهجة الاردنية المغشوشة، رمز الرجولة و العنفوان]

مش كركي: و الله يا جماعة الخير .. زمان عن غذوة زي هيك .. الله يرحم ايّام البلاد .. و جميدات الحجّة .. كانت توصيّ عليهن توصاية من الكرك.. تواصي هة .. مش اي كلام

نص سلطي: بس برضو عنّا في السلط جميد على كيف كيفك .. و اذا مش زي الكركي .. احسن كمان!

ثم ... همّ الشباب بسحب الشباري .. و الفرود ... ثم تذكّروا انهم (1) في بيتي... و (2) في امريكيا .. يعني اللي بدّو يعمل حاله زلمة .. حيتخلّى عن رجولته في السجن و (3) ما حد فيهم بيسترجي يحمل مما ذكر اعلاه من اصله خلافا لما كان يحصل ايّام الجامعة

قويدر: بسيطة يا جماعة الخير .. مين يشرب شاي...؟

و شربوا الشاي [بالهال] و هديت الأعصاب .. وفك الشباب الأحزمة ... و الزر الأول من البنطلون .. لأنه فعلا انفزرنا

First of all sal6eyyeh prefer to Use leban not jameed because we like things freash;) Ba3den el mansaf mn doon samen baladi balgawi is not mansaf, the layer of bright yellow fat is where the flavor at(me rapping)

Ba3den el kasee7 azka mn zyad.Mansaf for me is weekly relegious duty:)

براو عليك يا قويدر.. ذكرتني بمنسف مزعتو بنيويورك بالكريسماس بريك، بس هداك جميد كركي+سمن بلقاوي+رزمصري مع منظر شاعري على منهاتن

You mentioned a very important thing that people here think that the Jordanian dialect is" رمز الرجولة و العنفوان". This assumption is just lame, and unfortunately, many people assume things about guys who don't speak it!

Q, leban is not the one that you buy from the supermarket, it is leban ma7'eeth which comes fresh from the se3en after milking the na3jeh :D

Mkheeth is also Laban kharban! I knew people who owned dairy places and they used to say that it's so bad that they can't commercialize it due to high bacterial content! In other words ... Laban kharban!

تشتقلك العافية..وأنا بالأكتر والله بس مرات الواحد بيصيبه حالة صمت ما بيكسرها إلا سيرة المنسف والطبيخ وما الى ذلك..بما إنو الواحد اهترى من أكل الهوا والتخبيص هون..فأي ذكر للمنسف بيرد الروح وبيخلي الواحد منتعش..جوعان جوع البين آه..بس منتعش

zeyad products dont all come here, we have only like grape leaves and some olive oil....i used to make laban for mansaf by using yougurt from supermarket, but never tried it recently, i should try to do some...maybe i can prepare some rashteeh...do u know it??? it is yummmiiiii....
