This is NOT a popularity contest. Ehm ... well .. who am I kidding IT IS A POPULARITY CONTEST! :)

Ok, so I threw in this little poll together, hoping to see the people's choice. Go ahead. Cast your votes

How did I come up with the list?

Based on many factors. One is the length in existence, authenticity, number of visitors .. etc. These are the blogs that I think people would know and visit. And hence, vote for

I disagree on X, he should be de-listed and Y placed instead

No problem. You can whisper this information for me. And based on the number of votes I'll take it under consideration for next month's poll

    Who can vote?

Anyone with, this is completely open.

So what's it for the winner?

A prize is in the works. I will mention something about it soon

This is sexist, why aren't there any women on that list

Ahh .. I'm so sorry, the choices were too great for me to decide. So I will leave this to a future poll. But I assure you, they will not be forgotten

    Update:

    Got a whisper asking ;

Whisperer: Why didn't you include yourself? Shouldn’t you be on that list?

I can't be impartial if I add my self. This is NOT a popularity contest for me. This is a fun little thing to see what people think

I don't think it is the best idea to hold this vote:
First, your factors are not the most neutral nor realistic ones, so results will not be accurate.
Also, I think it will create a kind of inconvenience amongst some bloggers as who will win and who will lose and who was listed and who was. Personally, I think that there are lots of other bloggers who deserve to be also mentioned like (Hareega) for instance. I think you will tell me: well, feel free to suggest whatever nominee and you will have a look at it and decide according to votes –which I am not sure we can see- if it is going to be on the list
I don't think that we need such a competition now amongst - especially that it has no significance- and lately the atmosphere amongst some of the bloggers was getting tensed so we need to cool it down Qweider as you are part of it ;)
Thank you so much Dareen. You're the second person to nominate Hareega and quite frankly I find him as one of the best bloggers out there.
Same goes for Sha3teeli and many others that I adore and respect. The are fantastic. Every single one of them.

Yes, the atmosphere is tense. I know. Does this mean we sit on our hands and stop thinking? I'm sure you're going to say no.

The only thing that breaks tension is normal life. And this is what I want to continue.

Now I'm willing to do something about this, but what do you suggest? The votes have already started coming in and I hate to break it in the middle like this.

As for Hareega, Sha3teeli, Saned, Tiger, Tiger#2, goborama, khaled, Omar(s), Dave, Dar, Laith, Yaser, Ibrahim, mowafaq, Aboshakosh, Rami, Khobbeizeh, khalaf, mazz, mozzy, ammar, Adel, Eisa, Mo, and everyone else I forgot to mention. My apologies. I hope to include more next time. I promise

Qwaider, most hated? Not in my book. :)

This contest is too hard. Each one of them is great in their own way, I read them all and just can't choose!
I know it's hard. I had the same feeling myself. they're all awesome
Lol! that is a funny contest!

I should start advertising myself! loo

You'll get 10000000000000 of hits out of this! Smart move ;)
Walaw ya Observer. I'm not after the hits or anything.  Allah ysam7ak ... :)
It's just a little poll to see what people like. And as you can see, the choices are VERY tough

Even though I rarely comment on blogs, there are a couple of male bloggers on the list whom I really like to read for..Voting is confusing for me.
I read Nas because Nas is Nas :D.. If this was a parliament vote, it would go for Nas. Highly intelligent person.. I adore his critical way of thinking, taking in consideration his age ;) so, if Nas ever nominates himself for parliament, he gets my vote.
Batir Wardam is a Jordanian I am proud of as well, he is highly sophesticated in writing ;)
M Arabiat and who-sane both are just like people I would socialize and mingle with in real life.. They have a nice and humorus taste in their articles which I compltely adore ;)

The Arab Observer always has an interesting take on issues that we, the Jordanian population (from my perspective), rarely think about, like homosexuality, satanists, ...etc. very interesting ;)

Abed Hamdan and Moey represent the faye3 style, which is so fun to read when i'm feeling down.. hehehe (note, i would never read for Nas or Batir when I'm down because their is no humor in their blogs, hehe). Also, Moey is Aziz's friend so that gives him a plus :D

I've never read for Bakkouz, Jad Madfi, and Ahmad Hummaid, I just never stumbled upon their blogs so i don't know anything about their writing.
Also, There are many other male bloggers who are left out, and whould have wanted to see on this poll :D

Now, who should I vote for?... hmmmmm. I will eventually vote, but ask my roommates to vote for the rest of the bloggers I like, hehehe ;)
won't feel guilty that way :D

Come on Tiger, don't be too personal on Qabbani. We don't want another round of Jarayed.
He's got his opinion. We heard it .. And maybe in the future we'll make a vote that is not only for "show off"

I like the idea, but I cannot make up my mind :(

I like when Nas blogs about Amman, when Moey blogs about latest events and weird stuff, when Abed Hamdan blogs about Palestinian issues ... So really, there is no one blogger in specific.
Thanks for your comment secratea :)

Qwaider, till when is this poll staying up?
good luck to all, but if the votes were hidden, it could be more fair and challenging..
    bakkouz ya '3ashash :P
Qwaider ... I know people who are trying to vote for me (and they didn't vote before) and it's telling them "Your vote is cancelled".
