اشتقت لمنقوشة زعتر
و لكاسة شاي بابا المعطّر
بأيامي و ذكرياتي وَشَمْت
اوراق الدفتر

حنيت لقعدة العصر
ورا باب الحارة المسكّر
و لعبة طاولة
لنشوف مين فينا اشطر
و سهرات صيف
نتمنى الليل يطول اكتر
اشتقت للشوارع...
للحواري
واللون الاسمر
لمّا تهب نسمة صيف
اتذكّر
و كل ما طل القمر
واسهر ليلي واتحسّر
و آه من ايّام الغربة
المبسوط فيها معتّر
وبيحن
لمنقوشة زعتر

Simple and easy, get some pillsbury dough, roll it, some olive oil( I have zeit from our farm in sal6) with za3tar(I have za3tar baladi from sal6 picked and made by my Mother), with Kaset shay bna3na3...O sa7ten o 3afyeh..

Deep stuff man..

لكن ابو شريك مش عادِد
و عالديناري طرنب لمعتّر
بس اكل ظرب لمّا استوى
قال جال عَلَي يتشطّر
ابصر مين علّم هالهبيلة
يمسك الكرت و يتمنظر
ان صرت زاقطو
لخلّي الدم من وجّو بتفجّر
