I had a few minutes at work today, so I swung by a colleague, and a friend to check on the status of work (that he should have delivered 4 weeks ago, but failed) So me going out of my way to "beg" him to finish his work because I'm the BOL (Butt on the line)... So he struck me with pearls of wisdom as the latest and greatest Arabic Generalizations you can ever think of!

Disclaimer: I Am adding these for your amusement, I don't really believe or condone them in any way, shape or form!

Me: Hi buddy, how are things?

Good, good, all is well, work sucks as usual. But it's OK. I just got the laptop back from the contractor that used to work for me.

Me: [Surprised] You gave the contractor your laptop? (history: pretty, young, bodacious contractor)

Yes, she had nothing to work with!

Me: Gulp, OK. I'm getting upset with all these work issues, it's making work hard and no longer enjoyable.

Man we're here to make money, if you don't make money what good is work. Even if you enjoyed it. Give me something that I hate that pays money!

Me: What about education? Experience? Reference?

    [Farting sound] Worth nothing![Generalization#1]

Me: did you have a chance to finish the work you're supposed to do? Instead of chatting all day long?

I'm just chatting to hear the latest news from the home land. It appears to be bad

Me: Homeland :)? Or are you attracting chicks to fool around while your Wife and four kids are away!

Man, Women who are on chat are either "3awanes" (old and celibate) or Divorced [Generalization #2]

    Me: So?

Man, All divorced women are sore and mean (Nikdeen) [Generalization #3], why else would they be divorced? [Generalization #4]

Me: No man, they can't be all like that!

They're all like that. [Generalization #2 again]. What do you like in a woman?!

Me: [Awkward]... emmm ... frankly? Smart turns me on! Intelligence makes me go crazy about a woman!

There are no smart women! [Generalization #5], they're all stupid!

    Me: Huh!?!

My phone rings (thank god)hello.... yes... yes ...

Man, you single guys always have chicks calling you ... Aywa ya 3am [Generalization #6]

Me Gotta go ... talk to you later ....

For some reason, I was craving red meat when I left!! So I made some roast beef!!!

So my generalization of the day is, if someone generalizes too much in front of you. That will make you crave red meat!
