Last night was interesting.... I got to the local Halal meat store and found a new employee there.... A Jordanian guy from Irbid, isn't that something? I have no idea why we just naturally gravitate towards each other when we're away from home. But apparently we do...

I was just getting some stuff in preparation for the grand opening of Spiderman-3, and, Since I had few hours to kill ... I decided to cook .... and the result was....

    bechamel

Of course, this is not the first time I make Macaroni with Bechamel, but it's the first time I stuff it with ground Goat meat. I was very pleased with the taste.

I was trying to get some meat and I think I have a new favorite meat, Goat! It's light, tastes really good and it doesn't have the sheepish smell or taste. It does take longer to get done though. That's something I noticed.

Since I was hungry, I ended up eating some the ingredients :), instead of waiting for the final result. I couldn't wait to eat until I'm done at 11 PM!

So I finished everything hopped in my car and I flew to watch the opening show of Spiderman-3... And boy, was I disappointed

    spiderman3

I was disappointed, not because the movie didn't deliver A LOT on entertainment, and even comedy at times. But because it took a ridiculous turn at times. The movie is spectacular in every possible way you can Imagine. But Not worthy of the legacy that the first two have established... The cheesiest scene (among the ton of cheese in the movie) was Spidy, springing to rescue MJ and standing -briefly- in front of the American flag! That was completely cheese!

And for god's sake Kirsten Dunst, I have 2 things to tell you. First, EXPOSE those disgusting pasty white legs to some sun. I didn't know I was looking at a woman's legs or Pillsbury boy!

And the second advice, wax your bushy arms! Can you imagine how disgusting it is too look at your arm hair on a 100 foot screen and in high-definition? Unsavory! 3al3atteeni!

    Kirsten Dunstpillsbury

All in all, 6/10 on the Qwaider scale, leaves a lot to be wished for.

So I went back home at 2:44 AM and had a little slice of Macaroni with Bechamel, it was a good distraction after a disappointing night at the movies. Nothing beats comfort food!
