اعرف ... اعرف، فالكثير قيل في هذا الموضوع، ولكن لمعت في عقلي فكرة لا بد ان اكتب عنها
شيخ صالح و ولدك الهامل، اعذروني فأنتم حمير!
فازت الart بالحقوق الحصرية لعرض المنديال (رائع، الف مبروك) فلماذا لم تستفيد من هذا الفوز بالطرق التالية بدل من حرمان المواطن البسيط من متعته الوحيدة:
بما انها تملك الحق، فبالتالي بامكانها عرض اي اعلان تريد خلال العرض الذي توزعه على كل المحطات الراغبه وتكسب بالتالي السمعة الحسنة (Positive PR) مجانا ف art هي التي ادخلت المنديال الي كل بيت في الوطن العربي و حمّلت الثمن للمعلنين. و هنا يمكن عمل اعلانات من ام الثانية الواحدة، او تصغّر الشاشه اللى ربع حجمها لعرض الأعلان (صورة في صورة)، او وضع شريط من الاشرطه المزعجة للإعلان وبقية الطرق الشريرة للإعلان وكسب الزبائن.
اما المشتركين فلا يعانون من كل الاعلانات و ما الى اخره و يستمتعوا بمشاهدة المباراه بدون مقاطعة. و بالمناسبه فالمشتركين دفعوا بالفعل الاشتراكات. أما الإعلانات فهي دخل جديد. هل تتوقعون أن ما ستجنوه من الإشتراكات سيفوق الدخل من الاعلان؟ مُعلن واحد يعادل الف مشترك جديد يا عباقره!
أستغرب انا الصراحة من سذاجة صناع القرار في الart فالقضية ليست حلب بقرة! القضية هي جلب و تربية زبون! و لكن واضح ان من يصنع القرار لا يفقه شيئا في اصول البزنس! فالنتيجه ان الكل يكره الart الآن و ستدفع الart الملاين لتحسين هذه الصورة
الاستغراب الثاني من جانبي هو من الفيفا و الاتحاد الاوروبي المتشدقين بالشعارات الجوفاء، فعلى اي اساس يساندون الاحتكار؟ و هو ممنوع حسب السوق الاوروبية؟
الاستغراب الثالث من هيآت الاتصالات و وزارات الاعلام العربية، فلو كنت مكان صناع القرار فيها، لفرضت ضريبة على الart. و هي: ان يجب توفير كافة المحتويات المتواجده بشكل او بآخر للكل بسواسية. إمّا أن يوجد بديل للكل كي يرى البث، و إما أن يتم توفير اعادة البث للمحطات الحكومية الارضية لهذه البرامج المنقولة على الهواء مباشرة، و الا طبعاَ يسحب ترخيص الشركة و تمنع من ممارسة اعمالها (و جني المبالغ الطائلة) و بالتالي فمن المؤكد انها ستفعل ما بوسعها ليسمحو لها بممارسة العمل
و اخيرا، انا ادعو جمعيات حماية حقوق المستهلك في كل الدول العربية والاوربية لاقتناص هذه الفرصة و رفع دعاوى احتكار على الart فبسبب القيادة الرعناء فقد قامو بانتهاك قوانين عدم الاحتكار (الاوروبية طبعا) وبالتالي يحق للجميع ان يقاضيهم
انا اعجب بشدة من الشركات هذه التي هي مجرد عبارة عن عمل الاسرة. البابا فتحها عشان الزغار يلعبو... مدير مدير
ضيعت ال art فرصة ذهبية للوصول الى كل منزل بالاعلان لمنتجاتها عن طريق الاعلان عن منتجات الغير. و كسب اضعاف اللإشتراكات عن طريق الاعلانات حتى فرصتها لاملاء ما تريد على الجميع ليحصلو على البث. لكن الطمع والتياسة بقل ما جمع. يا شركات وجدت فقط للوجاهة و الضحك على الذات بأنكم مهمين، -فشرتو!- و اثبتّو ان الحمار بفهم بالبزنس اكثر منكم

idon't think it's nice to say that about sheikh saleh..he's a realy kind man..i know him..he' just not into busness a lot these days..he's sick and concentrating on religious matters and humantary projects..
i guess the edge is lost..
any way ..he can hire you if he's smart:)
People are usually nice and pleasant when you know them, but their business ethics are something totally different!
So people remember they're god when they near death, but otherwise, party! I'm not questioning his religion, I'm questioning the way the business is conducted

You have to consider that he got people to sub. in his lousey network for 12 months, what does this mean?
Well, quite simple, this means that he can pimp these 2.mil sub he got for 12 months to all adv. companies!
The WCup is just one month, meanwhile he got 12 where he can get all sorts of ads, beside that he made big bucks just selling the subs. It's true he could have made lots of money, but it would be for one month and I'm not sure this one month revenue will equal the rev. of 12 months.
Maybe it's just another Arab company as you said, daddy is happy, he decided to broadcast it for free, daddy is having some rough time , he's mad, that hot presenter just turned him down.
Oh well. Their network is horrible, and they charge a lot. Anyways, Turkey may have won the love of Arabs :)!
The money made from selling commercials to 22(23?) Arab countries, in addition to additional fees of subscriptions of people who don't like to watch Ads, would have probably paid them 10 folds this amount in one big payment. Not struggle with subscriptions for 12 months, where some people are going to default on the payment for sure.
There shouldve been at least one sane executive at ART who saw the snowballing of the negative publicity ART is getting because of their exclusive casting of the world cup, and this very sane executive shouldve stood up in one of them fancy board rooms with upholstery leather seating & side buffets and shouted we have to do something about the bad synergy were getting from the masses
Theyve couldve simply as you suggested- made a single free-to-air channel thats soaked with sponsoring & rub-it-in-your-face advertisements to vent out some of the demise the masses have towards ART.
On the bright side, Im certain of the mass churning of the 2 mil subs in 12 month hurling the bankruptcy of ART! One corrupting TV network down, 4 to go (ignore the nuisance single channels).
100/channel x 22= $2.2 Mil. Sweet for few hours work. Then dictate their own conditions and collect $10 mil more in advertising. That'll cover what, 500,000 subscriptions? (with no billing, no give and take ... just sweet cash flow) and all they needed to do is sit pretty!
5alas quaider if they could open up some bussiness then u sure can!
