They really don't grow on trees

It's been a good three years. We've been through thick and thin. Went through a lot of cycles, releases and issues and fights and we always stuck together.

I can't remember how many times we both stuck our necks for each other, until we got to a point where we really learned each other's styles and grew to trust one another to the point that we felt relaxed working together

Well, as I've grown to know, good people will never last in the same job. They'll always be poached by other sources and it's just a matter of time when one opportunity will be too great to pass-by and people go after it.

So the original thought proved itself once again. If you're in a job because of a person, then you're there for the wrong cause. If you decide to leave a job because of a person, then you're leaving for the wrong reason as well.

Well, I'm going to miss John, he's such an athlete, we worked hard, played hard and partied hard. Off work he enjoyed mountain climbing and last year he climbed mount McKinley in Alaska (the same location where the Jordanian twin have their training camp), he also plans to climb Kilimanjaro and maybe in the future, Everest. For a computer dude, that's quite an achievement

Alright, that was my low-light for the day, and who knows maybe there's something good in it for both of us. But, I will sure miss working with someone that understands me and just lets me do what I want the way I want it and feel completely free and empowered to excel in what I do best!
