I have a dream, where every Jordanian is welcome to this society with the amazing things they give to the society not the plural in their last name

    flag

I have a dream, where loyalties are not determined by judging people with our personal balance

I have a dream where every Jordanian is equally treated based on their qualifications and not their Wasta

I have a dream where Wasta is looked down upon by every single Jordan loving Jordanian

I have a dream where Jordanians of different origins are all considered EQUALLY Jordanians

I have a dream where any discussion about Jordan doesn't bring up the 1970 black September

I have a dream where every Jordanian cares about Jordan the melting pot, not Jordan the chunky soup

I have a dream where people are judged by the content of their character not by tribe they descend from

I have a dream where Jordan is First thing we think of, and Last thing we think of

I have a dream where an Educated, Sensitive, and Considerate Jordan is living up to it's historical, racial and regional obligations in standing up for what's right, true and just

I have a dream where prejudice is an outcast and diversity is accommodated and celebrated

I have a dream where the educated helps enlighten the way, and the rich help provide for the unfortunate

I have a dream where extremism in any direction is abolished, and mind rules the whole society

I have a dream where young women are free to practice life, not afraid of prosecution or the savagery of the butcher's knife in the hand of their kin

And when all of this happens, when we allow diversity to prosper, when we allow the people of Karak and Salt to sit hand in hand with the descendant of Jerusalem, Nables and Jaffa. When the Children of Ramtha and the children of Haifa sing hand in hand for a better Jordanian future, under a Jordanian flag, on Jordanian Soil for Jordanian people and united for a Jordanian cause and hopes and fears and children ... Then we can claim our place in History as one of greatest nations to ever roam the lands..

    May god bless Jordan

Well most of those dreams are far from being achieved not only in Jordan but all over the Arab world, but at least one of your dreams I can say it is already achieved not 100% but there has been a major progress in this field especially during the past 2 years. I guarantee if you go sit at any coffee shop or restaurant table where young people usually hang out in Amman you’ll find 90% of them are coming from mixed cities in Jordan and Palestine and maybe Lebanese, Syrian or Iraqi. The new generation doesn’t recognize the origin as a tool for judgment anymore. I am from Karak and 90% of my best friends are from Palestinian origins. This Jordanian Palestinian thing is something we make jokes about now. That doesn’t mean it has disappeared but it is mostly in the minds of the old people.
    u better wake up :)

One more thing, we should put hand I hand and sing not only for a better Jordanian future but also to better Palestinian future. If there is no future in Palestine there is no future in Jordan, Jordan and Palestine are Siami twins which we shouldn’t have Separation Surgery.

That’s one HUGE dream man. Good luck with that, I have been dreaming half of your dreams for more than 16 years :) .. but AMEN to your dreams.
As for Bilal: you know, I wish everybody thinks about it the way you do, things are little bit more complicated than you described, I have friends like you, but on the other hand, I know people waaaaaaaaaaaay the opposite.

    So help me god.
The plural in the last name doesn't mean anything qwaider, I wish that this dream comes true, I had some ideas that were misunderstood and then explained to attack me and show that I am a racist, I just wanted to get the loyalty debate in the open, I wanted people to see that when we all have a common goal where we all put jordans interests first we will become the best country in the world. Some times jordans interests may not be compatible with our relegious beliefs and our arab causes but we have to do it becasue otherwise we will not survive as a country, thats all. God bless jordan, and sorry if anyone was offended by any of my posts..

I have a dream, where Jordan is the fifty-first state of the ME USA.
I have a dream, where Jordan has a Equal Opportunity Act.
I have a dream, where Jordan is much fun/cool as the rest of the world.
I have a dream, where people don't forget where they come from fight for their right to return.

Thanks Firs for the List, I would say, Martin Luther Qwaider :)
    I love this post!
This is one of the best you have written :)

jo-us a point about your last dream. The right to return has to be alive in the heart of every single person who was deprived of heritage and land- especially countries like Palestine and Iraq; with rich and multi-layered civilizations that built up great nations. However, this shouldn't contradict with the melting pot theory. From my personal observation, I notice that people from different heritages and origins in jordan still hold on to their unique traditions, and still have a common goal, which is to also contribute in building a nation that gave them a sense of security.
The sad thing in Jordan is that, when one embraces their unique cultural heritage, people (basically Jordanians of Pal. or Jor. origins) think it means you stand against the other.
