Only a small percentage actually can quit smoking worldwide and you have come this far .. you have certainly done what billions around the world are not able to do ... so keep going and never look back ...

Maybe what you miss is the habit and not the cigarette itself??

It will not be easy I tell you..my husband quit 2 years ago, he can not take the smell of cigarettes now whenever we have people over who smoke, even if it was only one person he puts on all the candles around to get rid of the smell..and yet he still craves a smoke each now and then..hang in there.it's worth the struggle.

quitting is easy..staying away is difficult..

if u want to hate smoking

just smoke a whole pack in one hour or less..:) or just smell an ashtray..or just think of how you feel when you are obliged to leave a room to smoke,feeling like an outcast..unwanted..
