Good laws go to heaven while bad laws go ..... hmm lets see

If you're like me a person who just quit smoking (7 days and counting) ... stories about cigarettes -somehow- interests you.....

So, to simply put it ....

Smoking (even in your own car) when there are children under the age of 13 will be against the law. Now THAT is an awesome law if you ask me.

Not only are cars a really tiny and smoke does remain for a long time. But doing it with little children on board is just so inhuman. It might be better to just directly inject the young ones with carcinogenic material intravenously

Like it's not enough all the sugars, hormones, fat, sodium, high fructose corn syrup, MonoSodiumGlutomate and yellow #6 in their diet, do they still need to suffer from second hand smoke?

Well, at least in Indianapolis they wont [if this law passes]... lets hope that we see such laws in effect in Jordan.... soon!

That is an awesome law actually; people who smoke don’t realize that that they are not just hurting themselves, but everybody around, and it’s even worse when there are kids.
When a smoker blows out the nicotine, people around are breathing it, they we are equally at the same risk as they are.
I wish to see that law in Jordan soon, and you know what I wish too? To have a law that forbids smoking in cars in general when there is anyone with you, not only kids.

I got quoted from Qwaider!!! I think I'm in shock! This must be what getting an Oscar feels like...
Seriously, though, I think it's a great law and I hope that it passes. When I taught in the inner city,I always could tell which students had parents that smoked; their hair, clothes, and yes- even homework smelled like smoke. I don't think parents realize just how much it permeates everything, including the kids' lungs.

Yeah it's an awesome law, I personally think it should take affect everywhere.

True it shouldn't only be for kids, but the issue is that Kids can't speak out for themselves and need the legislator to step in and make those hard choices
