It's been 5 days since I had committed my favorite sin ....

I have to say, these have been very tough days. Especially that I'm travelling, and there are often people who smoke around .. or near by ..

I decided I don't need any additional aids, so no nicotine, pills, gum, inhaler or patches. I am going to quit smoking because I want to. Not for any other reason.

I brought 3 packs of Davidoff One, which is the brand that I smoke. They're still neatly sit there in their wrapping ... and hopefully will continue to do so ... until I throw them away. The reason why I have them with e is as a continued reminder that I can do it. because I want to .... not because I can't.

My head already feels like exploding several times a day, but I don't care. I will not submit to this little stick of death!

Salam Qwaider,

I have been there, the first couple of weeks are toughest but once you are beyond those, you wont be able to stand cigarettes. It is one of the best decission I have made in my life.
