    zarqawi

I just heard a special bulletin on NBC and they say Zarqawi has been assassinated by special Ops unit

    Story Confirmed, Sources below

I'm not sure what to feel about this matter. People who promote terrorism and intolerance are really better off dead. But, What exactly happen? When did the hunter became the hunted?

The other question that strikes your mind would be, would this mean a stop for insurgency situation in Iraq? I highly doubt it

The void left by Saddam and his Goons the Baath party in Iraq now being filled by violent radicals which harbors insurgents. Violence in Iraq is home grown and Zarqawi or not, the situation is bound to continue to deteriorate from day to day

I just checked all the major news feeds, and as of the time of this writing it's still not posted anywhere. I guess this is going to be all over the news tomorrow morning.

This is one more blow to the conspiracy theorists in Jordan that kept saying that Zarqawi doesn't even exist. Well ... Who knows maybe the conspiracy is far deeper. Someone said, Conspiracy theorists forget two important issues. They forget that the US government is efficient and second that they can keep a secret. I like this idea. And although I'm a conspiracy theory believer, I don't think it's as people describe it.

Bottom line, with Zarqawi out, one less crazy fanatic. I think the world is a better place. I might have concerns about the method he was taken out, and would have preferred if he stood trial for his crimes. But, this is an all out war, I'm not going to be sorry for him, compared to the thousands that died because of his actions. I guess he will know now if those 70 virgins are waiting for him .. or are they 70 torturers ... giving him a piece of his medicine

    Update: 08:41AM GMT

It's confirmed, The Herald Sun (australia has the story) Here

i wonder why this event comes now while the american soldiers have scandals all over them, zarqawi is killed and u see bush going in public saying we all should b very proud with the american soldiers!!! the timing of some events makes u stop n think, like when there were the elections and bush was loosing agains the guy who doesnt want wa, suddenly comes bin laden threatening again like he says: no no!! u still need war! vote 4 bush!
n we all saw what happened then.
asalam 3alaykom..call me crazy or what ever..but here's my openion.. !
    و امرى لله
I'm very sceptecal when it comes to media..
i don't believe a lot of what isee on t.v or hear in the news..a lot is fabricated too well that the truth don't get revealed easely..politicians run the bigger show and you know who controls the press!!and mainly most of them are liars..
    I always have a 10% doubt..
May be he wasn't the one who killed thousands..may be he wasn't killed at all..even if they showed photos or records..
and look at any news bullitan..they show the horribls the terrorists do very often to their advantage..and they show their mistakes rarely..even the quantaty of injured american troops are minimized..
believe me only allah knows the truth of who's good and who's bad..and he is the judge..
    but..the show must go on!!
I don't think they can fake this one. I strongly believe that we only get less than 10% of the story. But in this specific case, I doubt anyone would dare question the results. With his assassination, we shall never know the truth. Was he a scapegoat? or an all out murderer? There are strong arguments on both sides. I see the side proving his guilt winning. That's why I would have preferred if they captured him alive and that he stood trial.
My justification of course is that if we deal with criminals with criminal acts, we're not better than them. Remember that a woman and a child were killed in that bombing, but apparently no body cared to point that out or put it in focus
asalm 3alaykom,so,you agree that there's always the 10% propability..
As for daring ..i dare..go ahead and sue me..:)
look..victims from both sides are heart breaking..no doubt
no one can see my tears but me..but i can't help but doubt because i'm concerned in studing motivs..
and by the way talking about the 70 virgins like this is offending because i smell scarcasim...and it's something religious as you know..
i understand that you look at him as a terrorist not a shaheed..
but i still feel this way..
    don't get nervous now..o.k??:)
    معلهش زى اختك الصغيره
One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. My personal opinions aside, This guy has done so much to ruin the image of Islam than you can ever imagine. That act alone disqualifies him from achieving martyrdom (shahadeh). Anyway, I'm not god, and I don't know his fate. It's not up to me who goes to heaven and who goes to hell
asalam 3alaykom,u still didn't get it..
i can't be sure wether he's a criminal or a fighter..i just can't decide cause i don't trust the people who tell the story..and as you said..we are not gods..
as for islam's image...that's another big issue..cause i don't wait for the world's bow to islam ,no matter how hard we try to look good cause it's never happening ..simlpy because they are not terrified of anything more than islam cause it's strong existance in the world means their end..cause again..islam calls for everything they don't have except for good science..
generaly the west don't have strong belief and nothing..i mean nothing can concore the strongest belief in the world now (islam)..so what they do..they do exactly like they did along history..divide to concore and they made us busy fighting and look bad and sometimes fabricat what's worse..
sorry if i bothered u with my openion..

You know, I sympathies with your delusional simplistic world "Caller". World politics are way deeper than "we're better than them so they hate us". And to correct you, we have nothing. Not even Islam, we don't have that, we have a skewed view of Islam and think that we're on the right path. When in fact we're going backward in time more with each day. They don't only have science, they have everything and at the moment, we have nothing and we reconcile our selves by making ourselves believe that we have some faith.
The matter of strongest belief has been open for debate since Adam and Eve, but I assure you, no religion is stronger than human's greed. That is the strongest religion in the world.
The west has not done to us something that they have not done to the rest of the world. South America was all Spanish and Portuguese colonies, Asia and south Asia have all been colonized at some point by the west. Where do you see them? And where do you see us? We did this to ourselves. Read that again, WE DID THIS TO OUR SELVES!
You can't expect your enemy to be better to you than you are to your self. We are more divided among our selves than anyone would admit
asalam 3alaykom..i agree that we did that to ourself..they made the plot and because of our stupidity we made the mistake to fall right into it..
and i sure apreciate your sympathy..it's better than something else:)
i admit though that my world is simple..it's a bless that it is or else i wouldn't have thought that i can do anything to make MY life better at the very least..(i think i wasn't doing a fantastic job on my blog after all)

    BUT..yes,BUT.. i can't shut up about:
WE HAVE NOTHING..there's a difference between having nothing and having the greatest thing ever but we're wasting it..
finally, let me correct you..the religion of islam is indeed stronger than man's greed..because it's the word of allah who created man..and you and i are on the right path because effortlessly we were born muslims..
from what i read on various posts of yours, i could see that you cherish faith and rules of islam..
    anyway..you have a nice blog..thank you..
"TheCaller", first of all, thanks for your nice compliment, now how about you vote for me? Just 2 clicks and you should be done. Vote for me now: (upper right corner)

Now regarding what you said. I have no doubt Islam is so great. But what good is a fast car if you don't know how to drive it? And I'll leave the rest to your imagination. It's not enough to be born into something.
    dead end...(for now);)
