Me and my mood!

I've not been in a good mood for the past few days. I barely wrote anything, and apart from fixing a bug in my blog code that has been there for a while. I've just not been able to get myself to do things.

I'm not really sure why I'm so stressed out, to me writing is my escape.

A quick visit to Gebran's "Jesus the son of man" made me realize a number of thoughts that have been rioting in my mind. And how some people tend to think especially when it comes to challenging authority. I think we see that everyday.

Anyway, I'm getting a number of things done. First I want to implement XMLRPC so that I allow pingbacks/trackbacks to Memories documented. I also want to start supporting Favitar, which are gaining more acceptance and momentum now that February has come and Gravatar is still down.

As you've noticed I removed the "Recent viewers" and "Top commentors" fields because believe it or not, people like to have some privacy .. and I haven't received more complaints than when I added those two fields. And since I like to listen to people I took it off. (Although such functionality is already being deployed on a number of blogs around the world, but I guess http://mybloglog.com are going to have to convince people somehow that it's a good idea)

I don't like trackbacks. On my website I get so much spam trying to use my trackbacks. Aakh.. any suggestions of better spam filters Sam? I am getting so tired of spam!!
Anywho.. you should make like generic web blog tools that can be used for various types of blog codes. Or you know what, since your site has so many cool features, maybe you can share your code or maybe sell copies of it? I donno. I think since it is very very well maintained and always has the coolest new blog methods, I think you can get lots of people using it.
