Roba, I hate you ... I hate you ... I hate you! Why oh why do you insist on doing THIS to me!?

You know how deprived I am from the tastes, smells and warmth of downtown Amman, so why on earth do you keep rubbing it in :'(

I'm so sad now, and I am so home sick. I wish I could have been there, sitting at Al Quds, having ANYTHING, instead of this crappy pizza!

Sometimes I question what the hell am I doing here, I know I have a dream job and I get to do things most people dream of. Meet people would kill to only see. But ... I just miss the simple pleasures that a Service driver takes for granted

A simple meal at Al Quds, followed by some Knafeh from Habiba in downtown right next to the Arab bank, and maybe some roasted peanuts hot from Abu Samra's little cart.

God ..... I miss Jordan, I miss Amman

Thank you Roba for continuously reminding me of what Bliss really means :(

Enjoy what u r doing and where you are ...
living abroad will definitely expose u to things not available in Amman…so appreciate the work and cultural experience you r gaining

yeah she reminded me of al qudos restaurant, nice meal...but even when i was living in amman, cannot recall last time i ate at it...but have ot consider ur feelings, 3azzabeyeh...7aram...
anyway, i can send u a recipe to make kenafa like that...munir makes a great one here...but i have to watch my diet....lucky me...do u want to...??

Afaf, making knafeh is easy, Enjoying it without the trouble is not :(
Just one hot piece ... with no worries, no cooking, cleaning, preparing, waiting ...etc etc
