Marriage made in heaven

In a recent class about international diplomacy, the instructor shocked everyone when it came to the subject of Asia, she looked around and said, pay special attention to this....

According to the instructor; she claimed that a�study has shown that, over 35% of all western diplomats end up marrying Asian or Latin women, and the marriage is described as "Made in heaven"

The woman feels appreciated and has much more role in her husbands life, while the man also feels that his position is not threatened or challenged much.

This actually shocked me, as the lady herself said that in recent years, western women (sans Latin) have grown more and more aggressive due to a good climate of rules and regulations that favor women over men in many of the aspects of marriage, divorce, custody, welfare, child support, alimony� and the list goes on

She continued to say that, apparently what women's rights groups in the west have succeeded in doing over the past fifty or so years was to get the woman equal rights, on top of the traditional rights that they used to enjoy tipping the balance a little bit more in their favor. And continued, it's�the best time in history�to be a woman.

I researched some of her claims on the internet (I know this is hardly research) but I came across a shocking number of Father's rights groups, Male rights groups and an interesting number of places that all seem unhappy with the current "female-favoring" laws. And calling to reform for Alimony, custodial rights, child support ...etc.

I guess these are interesting times to live in. If you're Female, rejoice, you're having way more freedoms and enjoy a lot more than any of your ancestors have. If you're Male, then don't feel ashamed, your ancestors really screwed it up for the rest of us, "Heaven has no rage, like love to hatred turned, Nor Hell a fury, like a woman scorned."
