An invitation only soft launch..... What are the folks at Redmond up to?

Apparently, something is brewing in the background. What appears to be Microsoft's answer to the success of services like YouTube that was recently acquired by Google

I got an invitation to check it out from a friend and interestingly enough, they have a small-but-growing set of videos. Ranging from Bill Gates comedy, to cool adds and funny clips

Is this going to gain grounds with the enormous success of YouTube?

The site is cool, the quality is impressive and they have so many interesting features like rolling menus (it seriously does look next gen compared to YouTube)

Na, I don't think so, MSFT wansts to squeez its butt into everything but rarely does it do a good job. it'll never be as good or as popular as youtube, hell even google videos couldn't compete with youtube!
