I woke up with a splitting headache, actually, I went to bed with it. Clear indications of withdrawal. Caffeine and Nicotine are competing for their share of nervous hammering in my head

I don't know what else I'm addicted to, but apparently the worst two are Caffeine and Nicotine, they're just hammering and hammering none stop.

I guess my brain can't really make up it's mind which one hurts more. But I think Caffeine is winning the battle...

So if there is one more benefit for Ramadan, it would be to be able to tolerate these headaches. Also caused by kids (and their mommies). It's preparing us ;)

In Ramadan, It appears that people have 2 settings, Hungry or Overstuffed

I guess it really is a way to cleans your self from all those toxins in your body. Be it Caffeine, Nicotine, or sugar. Your body craves it like a little kid. The more you indulged in it, the more your body is making you suffer now

Ma tshuuf shar inshalla, headache is annoying problem for me also, even i am not smoker nor coffe drinker,,traffic jam these days bring terrible headache,,mtawell al 2adan bedha 7abet Revanin halla ;)take care & salamat.

Im not a smoker, but Im ADDICTED TO CAFFIENE !!

I drink coffee after iftar, but only one cup!! I hope to helps me quit!

yee quaider i know, i dont smoke and i dont drink coffee and still had headache for the first 2 days, now im ok!! hope u'll get better soon :) take very good care :)

I am a bit late to post a comment here , I guess this type of headache will last for a while as long as its a Caffeine and Nicotine loss based ! ..on a totally irrelevant issue , there was a sentence in your post that made me crack up
