Fearless (2006)

As I mentioned here, I was waiting for this movie for a while now. This is an amazing epic, where imagination meets true martial arts. And patriotism is portrayed in an orchestra of mesmerizing grace and elegance of Wushu (A form of Kung Fu)

The latest and final masterpiece from Jet Lee earns a respectable
9.5/10 on the Qwaider scale

I enjoyed watching this movie so much as it indulged all my senses. It was such a fantastic fusion of Martial arts, dancing and amazing choreography done at a heart pumping pace and movies magic

The story follows Huo Yaunjin life, a real life martial arts master at the turn of the 20th century. As it portrays foreign influences and corruption in China.

In an effort to maintain China's national pride, Yaunjin decides to fight for his country, 4 formidable opponents from US, England,(and one more I'm not sure of) and finally Japan

The movie is seriously a fusion of elegance, grace and amazing agility of Wushu, something that we've not seen before. Although movies like "Hero" and "Crouching tiger, hidden dragon" have taken it to the fantasy level. This one remains closer to earth. While true to the essence of the spiritual experience.

The movie promotes great values of tolerance and sportsmanship, and I guess for the Chinese patriotism.

This is one excellent movie to say the least, and is even family safe (with minor restrictions) sure to make it into the list of amazing martial arts movies.

RUN and WATCH IT, it's so worth it
