Lesson of the day, Rude, doesn't get you anywhere!

Only people who's job is actually in customer service are the ones who would take your crap and try to calm you down to "win" your satisfaction!
... Oh and your mother!

But no one else is going to take your crap.

I just can't believe that you would go out of your way to help someone and spend your own time just to hear a rude remark. Your brain comes to a screeching halt! It immediately starts refusing to help.

What is wrong with people these days!?

I just use the kind word, mostly. It really helps. If you act like an ass, then a customer service person will use what little power they have to thwart you, and that doesn't help anybody's mood.
