Dating tips #4: The art of listening

Listening, is a dying art in our modern world. Most people don't listen. Even when they are listening, they're not comprehending what is being said. Perhaps it's the information overload that caused our brains to be a little bit more selective. Perhaps it's the accessibility of vast  and easily-retrievable precise information that cause this.

Oh and know this, it will not pardon you that you've been listening attentively for 6 straight hours hearing about her 1 hour visit to the mall IF you in the last second showed any signs of resentment or boredom. That would be the WORST THING that you can do. Not only have you suffered through 6 hours of hearing about every possible detail that happened. You ALSO didn't get any credit because you blew it at the end! So be super careful of such a case!

Be smart and very careful when you are attempting to break the long monologue. Distraction works best. You might also pick part of the "conversation" and go on a tangent to a whole other discussion that might be more interesting to you. But be very careful how you do it as you don't want to be in more trouble than you started.

Listen, actively, for as long as you can, and don't you dare show boredom at any point, and know this, anything you might use as an excuse, will be considered an enemy of the woman since you're "preferring" that thing to her. So be very very careful
