How about, give Jordanians the Priority? I don't understand why would a station pay someone 10x the salary to bring someone in a field where we have abundance! Have they thought about getting a Jordanian at that salary?

Hi there!! Mu tfakerni ma ba2ra ur blog, i do read it always 3afekra :-) Bs I do not comment unless there is something that will make me choke if I don't say it :-)

    I am 100% with you!!

Alot of people say that presenters from other nationalities are more charismatic. I do not agree!! We have a lot of charesmatic guys and girls that can easily run radio shows!! But how is the listener going to get to know them if they are not given the chance to go on air?!!

B3deen why does the audience speek lebanese when the talk to lebanese presenters? Men emta y3ni we speek lebanese belshare3? Y3ni m32ul wala bent te6la3 3alradio te7ki 2ordoni tabi3i!! >.<

3afekra I always have the feeling that we live two lives... one of the caffees and radios, and one of the ordinary streets! :-S

umm... have you listened to shows done by jordanians??did u hear how they try to be funny??i guess it is not that we do not have good ppl to do the job, it is the way that those ppl r chosen, they chose the worst and put them on air, so i think till they stop doing that, we should listen to a nice smart voice that makes your day...

Thank you Safa for your comment, however, I disagree with you. Have you heard the presenters on Mazaj or SawtElMadina? They're fantastic! They do a great job in everything
As for the Lebanese announcers, when was the last time one of them was actually funny? Yes, the Egyptian announcers are super funny. But the Lebanese? They're worse than Jordanians when it comes to sense of humor.
Even back in the 1990's the Jordanian English radio service, was on a class of it's own. It was great! Still is, and we should really support it
