    God promised us this land.
Land without people, for people without land.
The old will die, and the young will forget.
Peace will come to the Arabs when they learn to love their children more than they hate us.
They want to throw us in the sea
The Arabs prosecuted the Jews for centuries
Jews Living in Palestine were massacred in Hebron in the 1920s
Jews were not allowed into Palestine, Jerusalem ...etc
Mohammad slaughtered, Murdered, expelled, raped and stole from the Jews in Madina and Khaibar
There are no Palestinians, these are just nomadic Arabs
Arabs are all Muslim. All Barbarian, ride Camels and want to destroy the west
The holy land (sites) are all Jewish
The holy sites are better off under Jewish control
Arabs started terrorism in the holy lands

These are just the tip of the ice berg on a history long filled with lies, myths, half truths. Generated none-stop by the Israeli propaganda machine to draw compassion and sympathy to their blood thirsty aggression against the true owners of the land.

A differnt kind of war, not using guns and battle ships. But through twisting and deforming history of the land and the people to serve the ultimate goal of defacing the true face of Palestine and substituting it with the ugly demonic entity that now occupies and spreads like cancer in the "promised land"

I think people take the words "promised Land" very literally. It wasn't promised to anyone in specific. But rather, promised to god's people. Anyone who serves god. Any devout Muslim, Christian, Jew. Not only those, but to any decent human regardless of their faith. Those are the people "promised" to rule this earth.

Palestine has been occupied since the dawn of time. Eons before the Jews existed. Before Abraham, Before Noah, and possibly before Adam himself. As modern archeology, anthropology and history tell us that this part of the world was the scene of a battle between the The Neanderthals and the Cromagnons over 40,000 years ago. Possibly, before even language was invented. But who knows! So it's quite a stretch to claim that there is no one there. No one left to give [it back to]. What about the millions of Refugees? Oh and who have the Israeli's been fighting all this time?

Must be ghosts of girlfriends past!

The old have died, but the young have not forgotten, and never will. As long as there is oppression, aggression and occupation. There will be resistance and Palestine will continue to shine in all our minds and hearts. With the massive pain that comes with it. The Palestinians are a nation that refuses to be driven to extinction.

We love our children. We love them more than life itself. We dream of a future where we can see the live, survive and thrive. We're not the ones killing them. It's the Israeli war machine backed by the idiotic west that just don't see how they're supporting aggression. Camouflaged in the name of humanity and democracy! It's so sad!

In the late 60's and 70's some of the immature and barely literate Arab propaganda artists came up with this slogan. Powered by the same Israeli words on "Syrians can run to Syria, Egyptians can run to Egypt, but Israelis only have the sea" Another one of the myths. In fact. ALL Israelis have other nationalities. The countries where they came from. Not a single Israeli exists without a second (or sometimes a third citizenship). All while millions of Palestinians rot in inhuman conditions in refugee camps denied the right of citizenship WHEREVER they go. There are however, some true Palestinian Jews. Those are the only ones to probably be considered worthy of the land. Ironically, all the Sephardi and the Mizrahi are considered inferior to the Ashkenazi. Or Eastern Jews and western Jews respectively.

The Arabs didn't prosecute the Jews. In fact, the Jews peacefully coexisted with the Arabs for thousands of years. Arabs didn't start any aggression. In fact, when Andalusia (Modern Spain) was conquered by the Christian Armies, the Jews fled and opted to remain under the protection of Arabs and Muslims. (Sadly, to become the modern day Sephardi nation of Jews)

Just as any dispute, there are two sides. And sometimes even more. It was other Palestinians who gave the Jews sanctuary in their own homes. Against the mob that was enraged by illegal acquisitions and theft of land under the British unjust mandate. The result was that they went after some of the Jews. Other Palestinians stood AGAINST this form of violence and opted to open their hearts and houses to the Jews. Little did they know that they will be losing these houses to these Jews soon after. I say Jews because up to that moment. Palestine was recognized and known. And had a diverse population of Arabs, of all religions, including Muslims, Christians and Jews, and even some Baha'i and other cults. They all lived there.

Jews, Christians and Muslims were all allowed equal access rights to the shared holy sites. Under the Islamic administration everyone was recognized and their rights were protected. This was a privilege and an honor for the Islamic families that undertake this effort as is the case in other places like in Mecca for example. What was not allowed is illegal immigration into Palestine. Just as illegal immigration is not allowed anywhere else in the world.

The prophet Mohammad, made peace with the Jews. He supported them and married from them. He also participated in their rituals and up-kept their teachings. Until he was betrayed by the Jews in Medina while some where let go, others were fought. The issue of Khaiber is of a great importance because of the amount of suffering it was causing the young Muslim nation. At the end, Muslims won. And the Jews were mostly pardoned and allowed to live their lives. Most travelled far and wide under the Islamic rule and were never harmed. They were treated as subjects of the nation, and were protected as such. Although, all of this doesn't justify the illegal occupation the Israelis commit until this day and age.

As I said above, Palestine existed for many thousands of years. The city of Jericho is the oldest city in the world. While other cities are pretty old as well. Like most of the port cities which have been continuously inhibited for thousands of years. The Arabs who lived in these cities were modern, urbanized and educated. They worked in all possible professions and were as advanced as any people in any other city around the world. You can still see the houses they occupied back in the early part of the 20th century. Their schools, hospitals, Cinemas, theatres, roads and city plazas. These are people that Existed, and continue to exist today. Driven only by oppression and violence of the Israeli war machine

Arabs are not Barbarians. They used to ride Camels, when everyone in the world would use animals as a means of transportation. Arabs are not all Muslims. A great percentage is Christian. There are Jews as well. There are just about any religion that you can think of in the Arab world. All of them are Arabs! Most of these Arabs are peace loving people. Hoping to have a good life, and to raise their children in peace. But with dignity.

The holy sites are not all Jewish. Many are Christian like the Church of Nativity. There are others that are Islamic like Al Aqsa mosque, dome of the Rock and many many others. There are sites of shared "holiness" like the tombs of prophets and their family that are all over the Palestinian map. Just another proof of how old people have been living on this land.

The Holy sites were best under the Islamic rule. Everyone was allowed equal access. Jews and Christians had complete neighborhoods in the City where no Muslim could set foot. They were safe and could practice their religion and rituals safe and without anyone attempting to defile them. Mainly because anything considered holy for Christians and Jews is also considered Holy for Muslims. But that is not the case between Christians and Jews. Anyway, for centuries all the holy sites were open and anyone could visit them. The Jewish holy places were not subject to fires like what happened in the Dome of the Rock. The people attending mass were not subject to killing sprees by crazy people. In fact, people were safe, and respected.

Arabs, didn't start terrorism in the Holy lands. Jewish mob did. They started by bombing the British interests and civilian populations. It didn't stop since then. The Palestinians, despite whatever being said, are defending themselves, their families and their land. This doesn't justify any terrorist act, but it explains it.

I hope, I was able to give a counter argument to all the Israeli lies. I know it's no where close to what is happening right now, and it will take a lot, but at least, it's a little spark against the darkness.

Thank you for debunking these Israeli myths that are all too often thrown around as excuses here. I agree with you that twisting the past is even more dangerous than guns and bullets.

    Thanks again

Great post Q, an intellectual argument of history, as it happened, not as "they" narrated it and convinced the world with their virtue and our vice.

Bas ya zalameh you might want to reconsider the ad banners on your blog, the one right on top of this post is advertising Israel.

But in any case, I sincerely apologize for that. I will try my best to keep them off

Ya sidi thank you for the nice compliment, but in all honesty it's probably your work in the blogosphere that made many of us become interested in adding our individual 2 cents, it certainly was the case with me.

Not sure how those banners work, but they're probably theme suggested according to the words you use in a post, also not sure if each of us see's a different ad depending on where we are in the world, but the one I still see leads to here, and I couldn't copy the shortcut as it's an adobe flash player ad:
    http://thinkisrael.com/Tourism_Euk/Tourist+Information/Planning+your+trip/Find+A+Tour+Operator.htm?target=YouTube

The same ad is also shown on the sidebar below the recent comments colemn, and above the BAJD label.

Thanks Ammar, I'm really trying to stop these, I banned them. Hopefully it will work this time.
I'm honored that I encouraged great writers like you to continue blogging. Even though, you don't need any help mashallah 3alaik. Your individual 2 cents is worth a lot
