Memories Documented Migration

So what have I been busy doing for the past few days?

Well, first (as reported here) I did a server upgrade to a Dual processor beast. With plenty of space dedicated specifically to "Memories Documented"

Then as reported earlier here: I added "Memories Documented" Forums to help harboring open discussions. Everyone is welcome to sign up and add their own take on matters

And finally the biggest move and the most time consuming, The migration of all 170+ articles and 1800+ comments from the old database to the new one. This was so time consuming since I had to deal with data integrity issues. But nevertheless, it was done. And at times I had to search the web for cached versions of my articles to update what I have lost in the migration (Full articles converted to simply #####) I was so upset. But manged to retrieve them

I had the same problem with Comments. But luckily the same thing worked and I was able to retrieve comments from everyone

The next change you will notice is that I've been suffering from "Comment Spam" where some sick promoters of Internet junk or just to increase their page ranking have targeted me repeatedly to post their stuff. So I am glad to announce new measures in place. They will not affect 99% of all the comments being posted. But the new system will attempt to detect spam and in that case would not show the comment except after Administrator(Yours truly) approval So, no more junk and crap (I hope)

Another measure server side, only, which I will not explain much but needless to say, it's an automated smart little system to take care of the "unwanted spam"

Fear not, all your comments IF they have been identified as spam will be preserved.

And that's how I've spent the last 80 hours! Objections?
