Of all the names I expected to hear, or read on CNN first page. I didn't expect this one!

Arab Alabama!! But the other surprise was Palestine, TX!

This is the story of an interesting team going around the United states in what they call "Journey Into America(Blog)"

And as published in CNN(interesting article)

I guess the team is going around the country to do a social anthropological experiment. I personally find it very interesting that they're doing that. Especially after we all saw the horrible videos on how Muslims get treated in the US (remember the woman that was kicked out from the bakery?)

"The Muslim world population is 1.4 billion people. By the middle of the century, one out of four people will be Muslim. ... [There are] 57 Muslim countries today. Think of the number," Ahmed said. "America -- as a superpower, as a world leader -- needs to be able to interact in a positive way with one-fourth of the world's population."

Frankly, something like this is long overdue, so Kudos to the folks who are undertaking this effort. It's about time the American response is contrasted with the American ideals to show where things went wrong, especially in the post 9/11 USA

I remember Palestine, Texas, it was the town where remains of the space shuttle Discovery fell a few years ago. I'm glad they didn't say that "Palestinians" shot down a space shuttle.

That's true Hareega, I was going to mention that then I thought, it's really not related :)
But you know what else? It was the trip for the first Israeli. And he died over Palestine ... Signal from god?
