There are those who are always stuck on details

And there are those who only care about the big picture

Both suck!

If you get hung on the details, you get nothing done

If you only care about the big picture, then everything you say is completely unrealistic and can never be implemented

Just be somewhere in between. Care for the big picture to maintain your compass, but worry about the details enough to successfully implement (and finish) something.
