You can't help by feel so proud of your wife!

Maioush made one awesome desert. That left our guests craving for seconds, thirds and forth servings.

The very next day, the elegant, extremely sophisticated, married for 7 years, cooking all her life lady called, asking for the recipe of something that Maioush whopped up in 30 minutes.

And I just couldn't have felt any more proud! The Nammoura/Hareeseh/Basbooseh was beyond perfect!

Emmm emmm emmm yummy!

i was so happy that all of you liked it el 7amdolla :)
and thank you all for the nice words, as for the recipe,
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of yogurt
1 cup of milk
3 cups of semolina
3TSP of Baking Powder
add the sugar, yogurt, milk, BP all together and mix well
add the semolina and mix again until you feel that it's well mixed
preheat the oven to 350, cover medium size pan with tahineh, pour the mixture, bake for 20 minutes, take it out cut it and put it back for another 20 minutes.
once it out pour the sugar syrup* (it has to be room temperature) and leave for 30 minutes to cool

*sugar syrup:
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of water
few drops of lemon juice
mix the water and sugar until boil, add the lemon juice and boil for 5 minutes.
