I was enjoying a lovely dinner with my lovely wife, when one of the Candid-Camera-like shows came on TV. The usual crap, the usual embarrassment and then something caught my eye and made my laugh so hard I puked a little bit in my mouth I think (gross!) ... Here's the situation

Guy and his lady walk into this upscale place, the waiter walks to the guy and says: "Sir, the lady you were with yesterday forgot this bag"

Can you guess what the response of the woman was? in three out of three, they turn to the guy and shout, WHO WERE YOU WITH? Then they took their stuff an attempt to storm out SHOUTING "You can find my in my parent's house"

That story is so upsetting on so many different levels!

First, taking the word of a TOTAL STRANGER and turning to the guy ON THE SPOT demanding to know what is going on.

Then, SCREAMING at the top of their lungs in public, without even caring what the guy is saying

Third, REFUSING to even hear what the guy is saying

Forth, EVEN when the waiter guy tried to change his words, the woman didn't only not believe him, but accused him of lying to side with the guy

And finally, NOT BELIEVING ANYTHING the guy said. Over the word of a TOTAL COMPLETE STRANGER!

OH LORD!

It's jealousy.Put your self in the woman's place what would you do? If you and your wife go out and a guy walks out to her and hands her a tie or a mobilephone just as the prank goes..I hate most TV pranks, specially the middle eastern once, the only once I like are the Just for laughs GAGS and some Japanese insane pranks

I agree with Nizar, you would probably be very upset if it were your wife. I think that they also only choose to show the pranks that worked that way, if a wife takes it easily and doesn't make a scene it's not going to be funny material to show, is it?

I wouldn't be upset AT my wife, but rather at the guy and I would probably kick his ass either way (even if it was a joke or a prank)
But I wouldn't second guess my wife, or at least, I wouldn't explode like that without understanding what's going on

As much as i agree with Nizar, I think that there should be some kind of trust between a married couple. One more thing, even though i'm 18 years old and i might not know that much about the world but i would be seriously annoyed if something like that happend to me (when i get married, if i do :P )
