To travel 10,000 miles in one day to take care of a single item of business!

It sucks to fly ANYTHING related to RJ

It sucks to pass through Queen Alia Airport!

It sucks to DEPART Queen Alia Airport!

It SUCKS to depend on undependable people

It sucks to TRUST people in the first place!

I'm just so mad and furious right now after so much planning, careful coordination, a huge amount of time and A TON OF MONEY just wend down the drain. All for the stupid whims of a tiny little imbecile stupid border policeman in Queen Alia Airport! Who probably got his job there kissing someone's ass or using thier WASTA to "serve"!

Combine that with the incompetence of Royal Jordanian, and you have a disaster

Combine that with the stupidity of some people, and you have a catastrophe!

I just can't understand why customer services ALWAYS comes last!

I don't understand why our official service people have to LIE straight in your face!

I just can't understand why some dumb people think they're doing something good when they tell you lies just to make you feel better and then, THEN, tell you the truth when it's TOO LATE to do anything about the whole matter!? Oh the stupidity of some people never fails to impress me! You can even COUNT ON IT!

Thanks to all of the above, I am supposed to travel 10,000 MILES (that's 16000 KM) in ONE DAY for ABSOLUTELY .... NOTHING!

Ah, tell me about RJ and the airport staff. You should start flying Delta (They have a direct flight from JFK). MUCH MUCH better. Can't help you with the incompetence of the staff though.

Can't imagine what RJ can do to make you travel that long, but anyway this is one of the reasons I can't stand any sort of travel. It's a disaster waiting to happen no matter who you're flying with or where.

i feel the same way everytime i travel with RJ! but for some mircale, my last trip was smooth and nice. :) hope all is well with you and things might happen for the best despite how bad it looks.

مش فاهم مالكم كلكم ع الملكيّة! خلال السنة اللي فاتت سافرت شي 20 مرّة ع الملكيّة و ولا مرّة, ولا مرّة, صار شي غلط!
بالمقابل مثلاً سافرت ع اللوفتهانزا وع التركيّة وع المصريّة وكلهم بخزووووووا سواء كخدمة, تعامل, أو التزام بالمواعيد..

That's not an RJ problem. It's the concept of Client/Customer servicing that hasn't matured in Jordan as yet. Now comparatively, RJ is one of the best organizations in Jordan. Yes, it has come a long way, but there's still so much to do.
