Something wierd is going on!

Yesterday, I posted an article about "B.i.n L.a.d.e.n" and the results were astonishing!

In a matter of few hours, I was getting hundreds of hits, then thousands. And Peaked at around 2000 hits an hour after I mentioned his name!

I was even targeted by comment spammers. Very interesting. Since I've been fighting them and deleting their comments in real time. Almost thought of stopping all commenting since the signal to noise ratio was very high.

The funny things I saw were hits from domains I've never seen before, .mil? Wow... my very first .mil hits from DC

Now let me get this straight. If someone is coming from the CIA or the Pentagon, why do they keep the "well known" domain addresses?

Funny thing as well, I got something similar from Jordan, Israel and a bunch of places! Wow. Exciting. Or should I say troublesome? Not sure yet. Maybe someone who's experienced these things before might be able to tell me if this is a reason for concern

Anyway, it seam to have stopped now, but I can't be sure. But something else started. I'm already #1 on Google search for "The devil wears prada" and "t.o.r.r.e.n.t" god so many pirates out there. Or is it just you Jad :)

I'm going to go over my 45MB log and see if there is anything interesting

I don't deal in piracy man! I have never downloaded a single copyrighted movie ever. Do you want me to lose my reputation as a Software engineer? Or my reputation as a pro-sumer movie critic and end up paying to go to the movies like everyone?
(yes, I saw it for free, I see most movies for free in advance screenings. So not only are they free, but before everyone else)
