How I lost 10 pounds in 1 week!

    I started kicking my self in the behind for not discovering this earlier. I was eating exactly like I always do. But suddenly, the pounds started coming off like CRAZY! I was so damn surprised at how simple and effective this is!

    There's no wonder drug here or anything (all those miracle pills that promise you weight loss are huge liars by the way. In a documented study, the best of them only managed to help people burn extra 100 calories in 24 hours). So fat is literally is on people's minds

    But this was different! I felt different and the result!! Astonishing!

    I changed my bread intake from white bread to 7 grain bread. The result has been dramatic! I started going to the bathroom more often. I checked the dietary fiber content of the bread and it said 3gm of fiber. Which is a very good number

    But it's not only fiber! I tried at least 3 different types of fiber before, and reached over 6gm of it per day. Not much happened and I had to suffer with excess gas! But with this 7 grain bread, it was like magic! I eat, just like I used to and the pounds come off!

    It's like Magic! I swear!

    Every piece of bread was 90cal and they actually tasted really good! Especially toasted, or grilled.

    Give it a try, you will not believe your eyes next time you get on the scales!

    Haven't lost any weight myself, but I always like multi-grain bread better taste-wise.

    Mabrook Sam! Now I see why you hate me looool! My program actually has all grain bread - as if I need to feed the toilet more aslan!  But it tastes good although I love the sugar in the white bread hehe!

    Ya seedi alf mabrook - don't forget to exercise! I am sure you dont have sandstorms and 46C temperature with 88% humidity *weeps* so take your weather to your advantage!

    Hani - my dietitian told me one of the main reasons I lose weight quickly is that my brain is constantly active (building up imaginations) which consumes a huge amount of energy! Since you've got a great head I think you should try the "eat less portions move more" diet
    If you take the pills and sit on your buttox, of course you will only burn 100 cals..I once went on a diet and lost 40 LBs in two months..
    That's so cool when you are more fit and feel better because of changing foods - instead of starving yourself and weighing and measuring portions which I always found very weird.  Try adding pineapple to your new eating habits and watch this amazing food/drink work.  Drink pineapple juice and eat pineapple fruit whenever u can - it helps shed some weight as it's got a good source of dietary fiber,  has super healing benefits, great source of vitamin C, is a good mental toner, heals and tastes so good! I replaced orange juice for pineapple a few years ago, eat the fruit fresh in season and canned when out, and it's made all the difference in my weight and general wellbeing and heals the winter cold super fast.  It's even got a positive effect on mood.  Pineapple to me is like the miracle cure actually.

    90cal is still high as intake, but as my trainer says "donot worry about calories intake!!", but still i manage my calories intake, since i ceased down my exercises for now.
    try all bran cornflakes, it helps too....
    and yeah, u have to really try to keep those 10 lbd off...by changing ur eating habits....change here and there, but it feels so great...especially when u go 2-3 sizes down...really!!!

    BTw, am pretty sure 0.5kg=3lbs so 10 lbs cant be 5 kg, its more like 1.5 kg, still alot for a week!

    It's all in your head my friend, it's all in your head. When you go through the notions of taking those pills, then you're determined to lose weight. Which means, you WILL lose weight with them or without them

    I LOOOOOOVVVVEEEE Pineapples, we get loads of Hawaiian pineapples over here and I should take your advice and make it my favorite fruit
    Although, I've been enjoying oranges, blueberries and a bunch of other fruits these days.
    Guess what, I have this tool, it's amazing. You chop the head of the pineapple off. Twist the tool inside the flesh of the pineapple like you're inserting a corkscrew and twist it a few times. Then pull out. And you get FRESH perfectly cut slices of pineapple every time. While the tough center remains with the pineapple skin (and makes an awesome looking drikung hollow cup) :)

    90 cal per slice is not much. Actually, most white bread toast slices are more than 110 calories, and some are even 130 or 140cal. What's worse is that their dietary fiber content is so low.

    What I'm getting is not only whole grain, it's multi grain. Made of 8 different grains. So they're not all made of wheat :)

    i only eat whole wheat and it is only 35 cal each...and it fills me up really well.....

    I started bringing my own food to work instead of eating out to lunch and lost 10 pounds of fat ! I keep my training volume medium to low and the intensity high, and keep making progression under the bar everytime i hit the gym. Never settle for light weight. Focus on multi-joint exercises such as squats, deadlifts, overhead presses...etc and ofcourse keep your protein intake very high. Once you stall on the fat loss, you can start carb cycling. This preserves muscle  mass and makes sure you lose fat and not functional muscle.
