I HAVE had wicked zinger meal from KFC. It usually tastes good in first five minutes then you wish you did not buy it. In contrary, when you eat Mansef , you would not want to finish when you start to eat it. It is delicious and still feels the taste of Jammed and meat for 24 hours.

How do you replace jammed when you cook manse?  Is it easy  for bad cook like to me cook at my house? Can you put its recipe?
