I remember how people used to make fun of me when I used to always buckle up back in Jordan. Even when I was riding with a Taxi driver. They would look at me with puzzled eyes and exclaim. I would find an excuse always.

The real reason was that it became a civilized habit for me. I just couldn't ride in a car without buckling up since the early 1990's

This is such a strong and extremely meaningful commercial that probably gets the message across better than a thousand words.

    Enjoy

And don't forget to buckle up! Heaven, can wait!

    Memories....

well , buckling up is important esp with my amazing driving skills ! I know I wud drive my self to the after life if it hadn't been for buckling up ! as u said , heaven can wait ..hehe
Too bad most of the taxis don't have working seatbelts, and the way our cabbies drive, you might be safer hitchiking! That and most seatbelts don't fit someone my size, and I'm probably going to hell too :)
That is one great commercial and gets the point across.

    Thanks for posting that.

There needs to be a quality commercial, like this one, made about driving carefully around ,where children are.

There is a commercial much much more powerful than this. I dunno where to find it. Basically one of the strong scenes is that it has a kid on a giant hammer that is travelling at high speeds and smashes into glass.

    I am like WOW

When I was in Syria last week it became a law now that everyone buckles up. Good signs!
My friends always make fun of my too when I use fasten the seatbelt. I have had few ancient of my own regarding that matter but all turned OK thanks to such invention.
anyway, I love that ad...I watched two years ago and downloaded it to my phone and bluetoothed to all my friends its amazing. Its one of my favourite awareness ad ever.
