It didn't take Yahoo too long to respond to the Ultimatum. This soap opera keeps getting worse and worse!

Guess what, Yahoo, "thinks" they can make more money on their own than with Microsoft! Ehm .. then why didn't you do so ALREADY!!!?

This deal is starting to smell and taste like stale bread! The more you leave it the more stale it gets and soon it will be compared with mold!

Now, Yahoo is clearly looking for some more sugar. Maybe Steve (as they repeatedly refer to Ballmer) can throw in a free hug as well.

It's obvious that the board of directors are on first name bases with Microsoft CEO which means, that there has been some talks in the past and it's clear where this is heading.

If Ballmer mentioned "Stockholders" more than "Customers", Yahoo's board of directors mentioned stockholders and not customers which is CLEARLY THE REASON WHY THEY SUCK AT THIER JOB! When your work is all business and no care is given to what your customers may or may not suffer. Then you're losing the big picture. And if you're like Yahoo! You're also losing your business!

Here's what I would do if I was Microsoft!

Buy 11% of Yahoo! for 4billion. Sit on the board of directors with the largest percentage of stocks, and simply run the company like a shadow poppy. Can anyone say anything? Well, if it makes money then no one can dare say anything!
