Many years ago, Maha used to be in love with a very promising young man. He had dreams as wide as the horizons and ambition as as great as the world. Suzan, thought, he's not a great fit. He was just another kid at her daughter's university who may or may never make it. Her precious daughter deserved better.

Maha's best friend, wasn't very fond of the guy either, and despite his repeated warnings about how evil that girl was... his pleas fell on deaf ears, and the mother and the evil friend one. The two were no more. They parted way, painfully and each went on their way

The mother didn't want her daughter to marry someone poorer than them. She didn't want to see her daughter marry and travel away to a far country. She wanted her by her side. Married to someone from her own class

Allured by the fancy cars, unlimited spending limits, everyone seemed to conspire against Maha to get her to forget her love. Time passed by, and one thing after the other started to clear out

The bad friend was finaly exposed. The cars, and extravagant life wore out and Maha grew older and lonelier. Suddenly, all her father's millions, the trips, cars and the whole thing wasn't helping her get out of her depression. She lost the only person who was young enough and sincere enough to love her

Maha, turned 30, and finally got married and moved overseas with her husband. She lives in a studio, they have a couch that doubles as their bed, and they're working on getting a TV....

Years later, the mother confessed to the daughter that she was wrong, and that the guy was right in everything he said. The friend, and his potential....

Suzan, instructed her younger daughter to follow her heart...

What happened to the guy she loved you might wonder! Well, that's for another day...

come on, I really want to know what happened to him.

I think that he is a very successful man now...and he knew how to make his dream come true. Maybe he is married now to someone who is insanlt in love with him?

oh well..at least she got married. I always wonder when girls would start getting desperate and are ready to lower their standards when it comes to marriage. :(

Q, I don't like cliffhangers! I have had enough of them in videogames! LOL.

Real life stories are great; at least it shows us that there is a human at the other end of the site

lots of times parents know best...but in cases when best means the richer is better..they are wrong...riches come and go but...poor maha..she should have faught for the one she loved...i am sure he is still with her ...cant wait to read the rest..
