i don't know what broth is, and anyway i don't think i will be able to help :D
very well done :D
I am actually drooling even though I had dawali yesterday!
el dawaliat nas7at bas sheklhom 7elo ;)
You really outdone your self !!!
I learned how to roll them, and I once did it for my family, but it's so time consuming! Especially if u're making it for a large number of people. But I guess in the end it's worth it. Definitely one of my favorite meals :) Good job!
samer, effort for two hours??? come and help me when i make like 7-8 lbs of them, one day to roll aned another day to cook....
as for the remaining broth, i guess if u need to freeze some of it, u cna always use the broth to heat it up, or u can simply add some round beef and alittle of short grain rice (egyptian rice), and let it cook and here u have rice soup....i remember mom used to make us this soup from the left over of chicken broth...but u can try with lamb/vine broth...but the thing is it is greenish...and fatty in a way!!!
tell me when u try it...
they look yummmiii...sahtain ou hana:D

You are officially one of the most eligible bachelors on the face of this earth!!
for the extra broth, throw some in some cooked rice or thin noodles and you have soup, i would add couple of spoons of tomato paste or sauce. check it out here:

Thank you :)
Broth is the Mara2a that is left after you're done cooking. There's nothing left :) It was sooooooooo yummy to the point that I drank it all :)

You will get the hang of it. As long as you don't feel obligated to do it. If I can do it, so can anyone
Whisperer, click on my profile, you will get what you need

They're not nas7een, they're good sized. I should have added a little ruler in that picture to help you feel the proportions :)

I always appreciated my mother's efforts wallahi. She used to do all of this stuff for us and still managed to find time for her full time job. Allah ya3teeha el 3afyeh
You're right, it's so time consuming, rolling it that is. But cooking it is easy. The result was totally worth it
Afaf
:) Yeah, I did it again.
OH MY GOD 7 or 8 pounds!! That would take FOREVER! Allah ya3teeki el 3afyeh.
The broth was out of this world afaf. It was soooooo yummy that after tasting it, I just couldn't stop myself
You're right, it was fatty. So what I did was leave it to completely cool down then I split the whole broth from the fat. It was 100% fat free *(unless there was soluble fat that I'm not aware of)
Nido
You will get the hang of it too inshallah. :)
ياسمين
Sure you can, just swing by and I'll prepare an awesome dish for you

LOL yeah, m3addal. Lazem tshoofeeli 3arees.

I don't know what else can the bloggers do
The issue is already in the mainstream media
The radio stations are already talking about it
The police are already investigating, and they're using trained dogs
It's not like somoene is not doing their job, they are, but maybe it will need time. I don't think if this guy was the son of Qaddora it would have made any difference. I feel that everyone is doing whatever they can do
