Aggregators are by far way more fun than your reader. This is three in one post!

    Here's why:

    1. People actually submit new blogs to them
    2. There's always something new
    3. There is someone (other than you) working on them
    4. They bring blog owners more hits
    5. They help blog owners know where and how they are getting hits
    6. they help blog owners cater for their readers more
    7. They promote blogs, increasing their presence on the Internet
    8. They connect people
    9. They increase the value of blogs by providing more links going into the blogs
    10. they usually have other features like search that allows you to get to what you need quickly
    11. They have a longer history
    12. They are up to date on feeds, and blog owners, and possibly where they have moved their blogs

    But that's not all ...

Why aggregators are better than Digg, Kick, khbber, darabet ...etc

    1. Aggregators Pull the information periodically
    2. They don't need user interaction
    3. The articles just magically "show up", no one needs to digg, kick, khbber ...etc them
    4. Posts are in chronological order (for the most part)
    5. Not influenced by the collective wisdom of the "diggers"

Why Qwaider Planet is better than iToot

    1. Greater selection
    2. Greater diversity
    3. More lively
    4. Faster paced
    5. Sends pingback/trackbak on behalf of blogs that don't have these features (Blogspot, jeeran ..etc) [in layman's terms let the other blog owner know that you have mentioned their blog or an article that they wrote]
    6. Easy interface
    7. Out of your way (click, it's gone, no popups, no redirects)
    8. Provides a clean feed (click, you go to the post, not redirected through the site) which shows your link as a genuine referer. [In layman's terms: If you add the Qwaider planet RSS feed on your blog. Your blog looks like it's generating hits to other blogs. People like and appreciate this]
    9. Updates your articles on Technorati
    10. Truly; open source, FREE, Ad-free, available for all, "non-discriminating on inclusion", has a clear policy, and professional
    11. You get WAY more hits from Qwaider Planet
    12. Tag browsing [in layman's terms: There is a tag, click on it, and you can start browsing everything related to it. In addition, the bigger the tag, the more talked about it is]
    13. Tag Feed (see 12) and Search feed [in layman's terms: Lets say you look up the term "Jordan Peace". You can get an RSS feed of that, and you can monitor for new articles relating to that]
    14. Qwaider Planet supports the community, most importantly, the segment that needs help the most... ie; new bloggers
    15. Qwaider Planet gives help, tips, guides and directions to all.
    16. Qwaider planet never sends Spam mail, Never sends ads in the mail and never "bugs" the users, unless there is a need
    17. Qwaider Planet brags, (yes I brag) that I have everyone on iToot team. This is not a bribe, this is how professionals do things! Away from personal judgment and personal opinion

And there you have it boys and girls. Visit aggregators more :)

Shameless self advertising! You shouldn't name names!
it seems to me that you are feeling some heat...
    competition is rising and rising...

    مدااااااااد يا قويدر مدااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااد
According to Google Reader you have 39 subscriber for this site and 10 for Qwaider.com ....
Out of the 3 aggregators I'm on, QP is the only one who added me without me even having to ask. You also actually do your best to be impartial even when someone directly attacks you.

I also remember you actually linked all my old comments on memories documented to my blog once I started it, and do the same for several others.

Plus even on Memories Documented, whenever someone asks for a feature, you go and take the time to develop it.

All that and the fact that its ad-free makes me wonder why you do all of the above ? Is it really so rewarding as a hobby ?
    KJ
Why not? I'm not slandering anyone, and I'm completely sticking to the facts

    العبيط
Competition is a good thing. It helps us all bring the best out of us

    Shaltaf
That doesn't count to the 112 subscribers and up to 1500 simultaneous users online

    Hani
I think every site has to do the diligence to understand what is good and what is not. Additionally, someone needs to take the time to evaluate the blog. Which will take few minutes and after that. Make a decision. In DAYS not YEARS
It's rewarding as a hobby for me Hani. Helping the community outweighs any material gain I might get. And let me assure you, most sites get peanuts for all their ad space.  So why bother?
One of the greatest things is the reality that I FORCED on the ground. See the last round of Blogs added to iToot? I wouldn't have been that dramatic had they not felt the heat. I say that for 2 reasons
    - MANY are really bad blog, not worth addition
    - Some have been begging to get on for years, they have been there for years and were not considered before so why now?

Rest assured if it wasn't for Qwaider Planet and other really good competitors, Toot would still be the same old stagnant 47 blogs
    GO Qwaider Planet GO :D

you know why aggregators suck? because someone like you chooses the blog to display or not in them! fuck off man!
Did you try to submit your blog and god denied? Can you prove a single case where I interfered? Or where you question my judgement? Bring it forth, and rest assured I will not tell you to "F off"
Your response is that of a 5 year old who still doesn't know how to wipe his own bottom and who tries to dictate how others need to do it!
Itoot is boring and any thing alternative to toot is kool.
