Hi all,

This is an initiative to start something that will hopefully last for years to come. March 12th of Every year will be called. Blog about Jordan day.

You don't have to be restricted in what your write. Or the language. All you have to do is dedicate one post on March 12th to be about Jordan.

For this effort I decided to put the support of Qwaider Planet behind it. Not just this blog. Hopefully with everyone's support this will be such a spectacular event that it will catch the eye of the mainstream media

This blog will be proud to blog about Jordan on March12th.

FAQ:

Q: Do we have to be Jordanian?
A: No, everyone is welcome to Join in on this effort

Q: Does it have to be a positive article?
A: No, you can voice your criticism if you prefer. You can ask for change. You can demand action.

Q: Why 12/3/08?
A: Nothing major happened on this day, so we might as well claim it for writing about Jordan. And the 123 - Jordan is quite nice

Q: Do I have to like Qwaider for this?
A: No, you don't have to like Qwaider to do this. You're not doing this for Qwaider. You're doing it for Jordan. For your opinion and ideas about Jordan.

I'm in. Already added the sidebar on my blog and the appointment on my calendar. Only problem is that it discriminates against Americans. I mean, where's the sidebar option with date done right? 12/3?! That's like December 3rd, man. Teehee. I'm also planning my post probably something along the lines of the 10 most awesome things about Jordan. Spreading the news to the non-Jordanian blog-o-sphere to try and get some awareness.

I read your letter, and I don't think this is the right place to post it. I think you will need to get in touch with a lawyer who is can assist you better since it seems like a judicial matter

Hi My name is Marie. I am married to a man who lives in Jordan. I am an American also. I have to say I learned a lot of good things here I never learned from my family in the states. I admire How people take care of their families. No one is in old folks homes they care care of their own. My husbands family welcomed me with open arms. it was through my husband, his family How I learned the meaning of love. I never had the same respect for families values as I seen here. My husband helped me repair a rocky relationship with my own mom. I took back in my hear what I learn here. I shared it with my family. When they saw me wow It was like night and day. I love the people in Jordan they are very helpful to me if I get lost. the people here are just great. I love the peaceful life here. It's safe to walks the streets here with out being bothered. In my country sadly its hard to walk the streets after dark at all. I applaud you all because everyone I met here has a warm, kind loving heart I thought I'd make a comment on that. Peace be upon you
