I just love Amman this time of year, the scenery is spectacular, the weather is pretty forgiving, people are milder than during the summer, and the traffic is way better than the summer...

But what I love the most, is that this is the season for olive picking ... and boy is that exciting

قبل ما يتهمني احد بالزندقة، احب ان أؤكد انني من انصار الذبح الحلال، و احاول استطاعتي ان لا آكل الا اللحم المذبوح على الطريقة الاسلامية او الكوشر (المذبوح على الطريقة اليهودية). لكن استوقفني استفسار في داخلي... ما المقصود بالحلال؟ و لماذا؟ و ما سبب تشدد البعض و خصوصا في الغرب بالتمسّك بالذبح الحلال بطريقة مثيرة للشبهات؟
